**ADVISORY FOR HEAT PUMPS AND EXTREME TEMPERATURES from T&M HVAC** The homeowners who are in all electric homes with electric heat pumps are going to call and say their heat is not working! The heat pumps are working but they will struggle in this extreme cold. They will need to switch their thermostats to "Emergency Heat" mode to be more comfortable.
