The Warranty Service Department of Ward Communities will be assisting you with warranty repairs during the first year. A Warranty Service representative will contact you to schedule two standard reviews of your home. Typically, you should expect us to contact you within 30 days after your closing to schedule the 60-Day Review Inspection, and then again at approximately 10 months to schedule the 11-Month Review Inspection. In the event of an emergency or an urgent matter outside normal business hours, please refer to your Vendor List (Important Information and Telephone Numbers) and contact the appropriate vendor.
